About ABBYY Mobile Capture SDK

ABBYY Mobile Capture SDK (a software development kit) provides a technology for recognizing text directly on the smartphone's camera preview screen.

The library is supplied as an AAR file, together with the resources to support different languages of the text.

Device Requirements

Android version: 5.0 or later for ARMv7 (armeabi-v7a), ARMv8 (arm64-v8a), x86, and x86_64 processors.

Processor:

• Arm NEON or x86 SSE support
• multi-core

Camera:

• autofocus lens
• HD preview: generally recommended frame size is 1080×1920, but it can vary depending on the scenario and processing speed

Recommended devices:

• Pixel 2 or newer
